Have a problem with your order?

We want you to love your piece. If something’s not quite right, just get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or tweak.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

How to Return

Email us at signaturemetalartwork@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. 

Refunds or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for processing. If you want the item replaced, we can send you a new one. Once we've received your return we'll ship a new one out immediately.
